Hawaiian wisdom in practice: How to consciously choose a response in every situation
Feeling like emotions sometimes run you over? Like you’re just tiredly reacting to events around you instead of being the creator of your own life? Hawaiian philosophy is not about sitting passively in meditation. It is a practical skill for maintaining inner stability when there is chaos around. The principles of Huna and the Ho'oponopono process are taught in a way that makes them reliably useful in everyday life. Directly in action and without memorized phrases.
- Experience: This path was not inspired by curiosity, but by personal burnout and serious somatic issues. For years there was a struggle with chronic eczema that did not respond to any treatment. Only when the principles that are now being shared were actually put into practice did the connection between mind and body become clear. The eczema disappeared permanently. The most important thing that remained, however, is absolute freedom of choice – the ability to choose a response to any stressor.
What is taught (Three pillars of the session) This is not theory from books, but a functional system created after years of practice so that it is effective and simple, and is truly used every day:
- 7 principles of effectiveness (Huna): Logical and practical rules that immediately change the way reality is perceived. They show how to see solutions instead of obstacles in situations.
- Recognizing emotional patterns: The ability to catch what is happening inside in time is developed. This ends the role of victim of one’s own moods and the emotions of others.
- Ho'oponopono in everyday life: A practical process of “setting things right”. A tool to immediately stop automatic stress reactions and consciously decide how to approach a given matter.
- Perspective: The ability not to be provoked by a boss, partner, family or circumstances.
- Clarity of mind: A clear view of what is one’s own responsibility and what can be calmly let go.
- Independence: The goal is not to create dependence or long-term visits over years. The aim is to pass on a skill that can be used independently at any time – at work, in an argument or in a sleepless night.
