• Lounge / common room – a spacious area for spending time together.
• Fully equipped small kitchenette – equipped with a double hotplate, microwave oven, fridge, electric kettle and all necessary dishes.

Length of stay and price

• The property is rented for a minimum of full weeks (from Saturday to Saturday, or antother days) and the maximum number of guests is 10.
• Price for weekly rental of the entire property: CZK 35,000 including VAT (12%), invoice provided as standard. The stay is paid in advance in the form of a deposit.
